Leigh E. Colihan

Leigh represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including product liability actions, consumer class actions, antitrust class actions, and copyright and trade secret disputes. She has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Mintz, Leigh was a litigation and antitrust associate in the Washington, DC office of an international law firm. In her time with the firm, she was a member of a legal team working on an ERISA class action involving a prominent multinational hospitality company and also worked with a team addressing DOJ compliance and other legal matters related to a high-profile telecommunications merger.

In law school, Leigh served as a note and comment editor for the American University Law Review, and interned at the Office of Chief Counsel at the US Department of the Treasury’s Bureau of Engraving & Printing.
