Mark Nguyen

Mark focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, venture capital and emerging companies, mergers and other business combinations, and corporate governance matters. He has experience representing issuers in IPOs, securities offerings, equity financing, private placements, venture capital investments, and SPAC transactions, as well as advising buyers and sellers in mergers, stock and asset purchases, and joint venture arrangements. Mark counsels companies in a variety of industries, including technology, health care, life sciences, financial services, retail and consumer products, and sports and entertainment.

Mark was previously an associate and earlier a summer associate at a San Francisco–based international law firm, where he handled a broad spectrum of transactional and corporate matters.

During law school, Mark served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the US District Court for the Central District of California and a law clerk at a full-service California law firm.

Prior to attending law school, Mark served as a basketball operations intern for an NBA G-League team.
