Michael P. Molstad

Michael focuses his practice on commercial and real estate litigation. He also helps advise clients on regulatory compliance. He has experience conducting legal research, drafting motions and memorandums, and engaging in complex discovery.

During law school, Michael interned in the Public Corruption and Special Prosecutions Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, and served as a staff writer on the Boston College Law Review. Michael also worked as a Summer Associate at Mintz.

While attending Villanova University, he interned with the investigative unit of the New Jersey State Office of the Public Defender, the United Kingdom Conservative Party Campaign Headquarters, and a Pennsylvania state senator.
