Sid P. Sisodia

Sid is a corporate attorney with experience representing multinational banks in cross-border secured lending transactions.

Prior to joining Mintz, Sid was an associate in the US restructuring and insolvency practice of a global law firm, where he focused on providing creditor and debtor representation in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy-related litigation. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and as an associate in the New York office of a regional law firm, where he represented mid-size corporate debtors in bankruptcy cases.
