Daniel L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Daniel co-founded MinuteBox in 2017, which is a leading cloud-based entity management and corporate minute book platform trusted by law firms. Prior to that, Daniel co-founded Fireside Conference in 2014, which brings together tech and entrepreneurial minds for an annual retreat. In 2017, they also co-founded CoinConf, an exclusive retreat for leaders in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and fintech. Daniel started their career as a Student at Law at Gardiner Roberts LLP in 2014. Daniel also worked as a Strategy and Social Media Advisor for andPop.com from 2002 to 2013. In 2010, Daniel worked as a Marketer in the Luxury Products Division for European Designer Fragrances at L'Oréal. Daniel served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at RAGE Software from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Daniel was a co-founder of MinuteBox Inc in 1998, focusing on providing a secure SaaS platform for law firms.

Daniel L. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Daniel attended this institution from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they also studied Economics at the Copenhagen Business School for a short period. Later on, from 2011 to 2014, Daniel L. pursued a JD degree in Law at Western University.
