Dan Peck has a strong background in operations and leadership roles. Dan started their career at Coinstar, where they served as President, leading a $400M business with two subsidiaries and over 650 employees. Dan developed and implemented business strategies, identified new opportunities for growth, and focused on maximizing profitability. Dan also held various Vice President roles at Coinstar, including Vice President of Business Strategy & Retail Development, Vice President of International Operations & Machine Development, and Vice President of Manufacturing & Logistics. In these positions, they led international expansion, managed manufacturing plants, and oversaw logistics and supply chain operations. After their time at Coinstar, Dan Peck worked as a Partner at Automated Retail Solutions, LLC, where they provided consulting services to retailers and manufacturers to deploy and operate self-service kiosks. Dan then joined minuteKEY as the SVP of Operations & Supply Chain, where they led field operations, technical, customer service, and supply chain departments. Most recently, they served as the COO at FloWater, where they oversaw operations, manufacturing, finance, and human resources. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth and expansion.
Dan Peck attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Afterwards, they pursued further education at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management.
