Steve McIlroy

Steve McIlroy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve worked as a New Product Development Program Manager at minuteKEY from April 2018 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Phase IV Engineering from August 2017 to January 2018. At Crocs, Inc, they held various roles including Director of Product Development from January 2015 to March 2017, and Senior Product Development Manager from 2007 to 2015. McIlroy also worked as a Program Manager at Benchmark Electronics from 2003 to 2006 and started their career as a Production Supervisor at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett Packard from 1995 to 2003. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, successfully driving product development, cost savings, and efficiency improvements.

Steve McIlroy attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
