Scarlett Guy, Founder, was a career law clerk for 20+ years (specializing in real estate and corporate law), but her primary passion has always been to promote and advance minute-taking as a professional expertise in its own right. For over 17 years Scarlett personally served the Greater Toronto Area condominium community as an independent minute-taking professional. On January 24, 2007, minuteTakers Inc. was incorporated as a means of building a dynamic team with the goal of providing our clients with more flexibility and availability while continuing to deliver the same quality and standards that they had come to expect from Scarlett.
