Leo Wu has worked in various roles since 2000. Leo began their career as Business Development Manager at Business News International Group. In 2002, they moved to ChinaClick2 Business Consulting Group in the same role. In 2003, they were promoted to Manager of Shanghai Branch at Xinhua online Information & Technology Co., Ltd. Leo then joined ChinaClick2 Education Technology Co., Ltd. in 2005 as Manager of Academic Division. In 2006, they were promoted to Deputy General Manager at Zlink Information & Technology Co., Ltd. After that, they joined Bureau van Dijk in 2008 as General Manager China, then General Manager Northern China, and finally Northern China Sales Manager. In 2016, they moved to PatSnap as North China Sales Director. Leo then joined Fitch Solutions in 2017 as Sales Director, Counterparty Risk Solution Sales Specialist of North Asia. Most recently, they are Vice President, China at MioTech

Leo Wu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Beijing Foreign Studies University, majoring in English. Leo then obtained a PgD from The University of Hong Kong, majoring in B2B Market Management, between 2014 and 2016. In 2023, they began pursuing an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and is expected to complete it in 2025. Additionally, Leo Wu has obtained a number of certifications, including a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in December 2017, a Professional Coach Program from Enrichment Consulting & Coaching Institute in September 2017, The Management Accelerator for High-Value Managers from the American Management Association in November 2012, The Trainer Training from the American Management Association in November 2012, Effective Communication Skills from the American Management Association in August 2000, and Professional Selling Skills from LCL Business Training & Consulting in August 2000.
