Stan Barber

Stan Barber is a passionate professional currently serving as a Lead Coach at Miova, where they focus on strengths coaching and unlocking potential in individuals. Previously, Stan worked as a Year 6 Class Teacher for Lancashire County Council, consistently achieving outstanding results and promoting high attainment levels among students. They also served as a Senior Teacher and Head of Maths at Acorn Education and Care, where they led the development of the maths curriculum and improved GCSE accreditation rates. With a background in marketing from the University of Central Lancashire and a Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Cumbria, Stan has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills throughout their career.
