Kristopher Bates

Kristopher Bates is an experienced executive and program manager with a robust background in strategic operations, portfolio management, and product development. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Senior Manager in the PMO at Miovision since March 2020, Kristopher has effectively partnered with executive leadership to develop and execute annual strategic plans, manage special projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Prior roles at Miovision include leading portfolio and integration management, overseeing M&A integrations, and controlling the Go-To-Market portfolio. Kristopher has a substantial history at Christie Digital Systems, managing large-scale electronic platform developments, and holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Waterloo, along with degrees in engineering and graduate studies from Ryerson University.
