Eleana K.

Eleana K. has a range of experience in product management and research roles. Eleana most recently worked at MiQ, where they held the positions of Global Product Director and Global Product Lead starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at JLL Technologies as a Global Product Director from 2021 to 2021, and as an EMEA Product Director from 2020 to 2020. Eleana also has experience at JLL, where they served as a Senior Product Owner from 2018 to 2019 and as a Product Owner from 2016 to 2017. Eleana began their career in 2010 at change, grow, live (CGL), working in various roles including Product Manager, National Performance Manager, Regional Data Manager, and Senior Data Analyst. Eleana also has experience as a Research Fellow at LSN (Learning and Skills Network) and as a Senior Researcher at the University of Leeds - Centre for Criminal Justice Studies. Eleana's earliest work experience was at HM Prison Service, where they worked as a Research Officer.

Eleana K. began their education in 2001 at London Metropolitan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology and Women's Studies. Eleana successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

After a few years, Eleana K. furthered their education by enrolling in the University of Leicester in 2008. Eleana pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Forensic Psychology, specializing in the field of forensic psychology. Eleana completed their studies and obtained their MSc degree in 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Eleana K. has obtained certifications in other professional areas. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance. More recently, in 2023, they received the LGBTQ+ Inclusion Certificate from myGwork - LGBTQ+ professionals & allies.
