Haley Ness

Haley Ness has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Haley started their career as an Equipment Tester at The Toro Company in 2012 and later became an International Marketing Intern for the same company in 2013, where they were responsible for assisting the international senior marketing manager with various projects and duties.

In 2013, Haley also worked as a Marketing and Development Intern for Project Footsteps, a non-profit organization. Haley was part of a team that developed marketing strategies to increase community awareness, involvement, and fundraising. Haley'sefforts included gorilla-marketing, promotions and giveaways on the University of Minnesota campus, and social media engagement.

From 2013 to 2014, Haley worked as an Office Assistant at the University of Minnesota College of Biological Sciences, Dean's Office. Haley provided administrative support and assisted with office tasks.

In 2014, Haley had two internships. Haley worked as a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Walkabout Foundation, where they gained experience in marketing and public relations. Additionally, they worked as an International Sales Ops Intern at Polaris Industries, where they were involved in international sales operations.

Haley's career then took a turn towards the field of advertising and programmatic trading. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Mindshare as an Associate and Senior Associate on the Trading Desk, focusing on trading activities and strategy.

In 2018, Haley joined MiQ as a Programmatic Trader and continued to progress within the company. Haley became a Programmatic Senior Trader in 2021 and is currently serving as a Programmatic Trading Manager for the Midwest region.
