Matthew Speiser

Matthew Speiser is the Global General Counsel at MiQ, overseeing legal affairs, M&A, corporate governance, and more. Prior to this role, they served as EVP, General Counsel at Stagwell Brand Performance Network and held various legal positions at MDC Partners and MDC Media Partners. Matthew gained foundational legal experience as an associate in the Private Equity Group at Weil Gotshal and Manges. They earned a Doctor of Law from Fordham Law School and hold two Bachelor of Science degrees—one in Economics from The Wharton School and another in Real Estate Finance from the University of Pennsylvania.
