Vanja Kajic

Vanja Kajic has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They started working at M Boutique in 2011 as a Merchandise Manager and Assistant Store Manager, where they stayed until 2015. In 2014, they joined Luxottica as a Sales Supervisor, a position they held until 2018. In 2016, they briefly worked at CENTURY 21® as a Real Estate Agent for a year. In 2017, they joined MiQ as a Human Resources Associate, where they stayed until 2020. During their time at MiQ, they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Generalist in 2021 and Human Resources Advisor from 2021 to 2023, where they supported management and teams with HR-related processes, facilitated benefits presentations, and implemented a new recruitment and selection process. As of 2023, they are currently working as an HR Manager at MiQ.

Vanja Kajic obtained an Honours Bachelor's degree in Geography from York University in 2015. In 2016-2017, they pursued a Post-Degree in Human Resources Management from the same university. They also obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from the HRPA Toronto Chapter in March 2017.
