We are protagonists of the third industrial revolution, a new post-carbon dioxide era in which millions of people produce clean energy with their own buildings, allocating the surplus to electric motion and the air conditioning of adjacent buildings.

We are a multidisciplinary holding company with decades of experience in the construction of NZEB buildings and in the energy redevelopment of real estate assets.
Our companies MIR Solution, MIR Construction, MIR Consulting, MIR Real Estate and MIR Service are committed to the mission of Sustainable Urban Regeneration
The working group is made up of architects, engineers, surveyors, thermotechnicians, energy management experts (EGE), CasaClima energy consultants, financial, tax and legal consultants.

With different skills, we create specific paths capable of making the building stock more efficient and sustainable, with a strong reduction in management costs and CO2 emissions.
We promote the enhancement of the building and living comfort with environmental sustainability, technological innovation, research into detail, solidarity finance and tax incentives.
We stimulate urban regeneration by reducing land consumption and increasing housing density, improving social and cultural liveability.
