Shiv Joshi has a range of work experience in sales and leadership roles. In 2014, Shiv worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at BarBurrito Restaurants Inc., where they implemented effective systems and training to increase customer satisfaction and profitability. From 2016 to 2019, Shiv served as a Business Development Team Lead at AGMD Group Inc., where they designed and implemented sales strategies and partnerships to grow revenue. During this time, they also exhibited in several expositions across Canada. In 2019, Shiv transitioned to Bell Canada as a Regional Sales Supervisor, where their responsibilities included creating a business/sales playbook, identifying new customers, and providing demos and proposals. From 2020 to 2023, Shiv worked as a Senior Account Executive at Enjoy Technology Inc., where they played a key role in scaling the Canadian business by launching multiple remote markets and leading the sales team. Currently, Shiv is working as a Strategic Account Executive at MIR Digital Solutions, a company that offers digital services and Microsoft solutions.
Shiv Joshi attended the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies and Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Shiv has obtained several certifications. These include the Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation and Deployment and Systems Management, Sales Certified - Automation and Cloud Management Solutions, Sales Management from Sandler, Building Resilience from LinkedIn, and the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario. Shiv also holds a Certified Health & Wellness Coach certification from the Institute for Wellness Education and a Security Guard and Private Investigator License.
