Lars Kermode

Lars Kermode serves as the Head of Enterprise IT Architecture at Mirabaud Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include aligning IT strategy with business objectives. Previously, Lars was involved with the FIT Digital Selection Committee, contributed to the Swiss Bankers Association's cloud working group, and held the position of Head of IT Architecture at BCV. Additional experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at Applic8 SA, Lead Architect at Barclays Wealth, and various consulting positions. Lars co-founded derilab s.a. and Quaero, focusing on financial applications and banking migration projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in economic and social sciences from the University of Geneva.
