David Acevedo

David Acevedo has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. David started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Postal Clerk, serving from May 2002 to May 2006. Following their military service, they joined Livingston International, where they held multiple roles. As a Release Classification Analyst from September 2007 to December 2010, David analyzed entries and collaborated with clients and Customs and Border Protection agency. David then worked as a Customs Specialist from December 2010 to June 2013, where they contacted clients, corrected errors on NAFTA certificates, and reclassified products as required. Lastly, as a Post Entry Specialist from June 2013 to January 2015, David focused on correcting US Customs entries and processing additional duty/voluntary tenders.

In 2015, David transitioned to LocalEdge, where they worked as a Multimedia Executive until July 2018. In this role, they developed and optimized online marketing strategies for small and medium-sized companies, with a focus on maximizing advertising ROI. David also implemented reputation management, SEO/SEM, social media management, and display network advertising campaigns.

Following this, David moved on to Strategic Financial Solutions NY, where they worked as a Sales Professional from July 2018 to February 2020. During this time, they honed their sales skills and contributed to the company's sales goals.

Most recently, David joined Miracle-Ear, Inc. in February 2020 as a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Sales. In this role, they test the hearing of individuals, maintains records of test results, provides consultative sales recommendations on hearing aids and related products, and assists customers with the proper use of their hearing aids.
