Owen Canavan

Owen Canavan is a licensed Affiliate Broker and Advisor in the M&A department at Miracle, LLC, where they focus on residential real estate transactions and middle-market deals in the car wash sector, along with multifamily and restaurant site selection. Owen previously founded Perry Street Management and worked in various roles in the entertainment industry, including significant positions at Creative Artists Agency and ICM. They have also partnered in several restaurant ventures in Nashville. Owen earned a degree from Vanderbilt University and has extensive experience in artist management and booking across numerous genres and events.
