Sameer Jaokar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automation and artificial intelligence within customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success - Automation and AI at Miracle Software Systems, Inc. since July 2024, Sameer previously held the role of Director of Corporate Applications and Robotic Process Automation at ABC Fitness Solutions, from December 2019 to July 2024, where orchestrated integration efforts led to significant cost savings and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for RPA.
