He currently provides program management and corporate oversight support for Miracle Systems’ contracts at the Department of State. He has core competencies in negotiations, task order management, requirements gathering, business processes, and communications. With sensibilities that are hard to find these days, Michael sees to it that requirements are met, deliverables are timely, and stakeholders are satisfied. He uses his knowledge and leadership skills to mentor others at Miracle Systems in the field of federal stewardship. He has won numerous awards and formal recognitions for his service and accomplishments.
