Ray Dickler

Ray Dickler's work experience includes roles at various companies. Currently, they are an Independent Consultant at the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Director for Physical Security and ICAM PACS at Miracle Systems. Ray also served as the Director of Physical Security ICAM PACS at eMentum, where they were responsible for FIPS 201 compliant Physical Access Control IT infrastructure and interoperability. In addition, they worked at IBM as an RFS Manager and at Hewlett-Packard in various roles such as Program Manager, Technical Consultant, and Senior Program Manager. Ray also has experience as a Progressive Die Designer at AK Stamping Co.

Ray Dickler earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1979, with a focus on Mechanical Systems and Information Science. Ray also obtained several certifications, including CSEIP from the Smart Card Alliance in 2015, CISSP from (ISC)2 in 2014, PMP from the Project Management Institute in 2014, and ITILv3 in 2011.
