Brooke Sample is a seasoned project specialist with extensive experience in training, management, and operations. They served as the Director of Training and the Director of Management Training and Development at Bluegrass Hospitality Group from 2018 to 2021, and later held the position of Regional Manager and Area Manager at Green District from 2022 to 2023. Before that, Brooke was the Director of Operations at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen from 2016 to 2018 and contributed as a Multi Unit General Manager at Mint Julep Restaurants from 2004 to 2016. They have recently taken on the role of Lead Project Specialist at Miranda Construction, starting in 2024. Brooke holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College, completed in 2005.
