Michael Kress

Michael Kress has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development. Michael is currently working as a Sales Director, Partners and Alliances at Mirantis. Prior to this, they held the role of VP, Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Weaveworks from 2020 to 2023. Michael was also a Strategic Advisor at Pantacor from 2020 onwards. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the VP, Business Development at Circonus. Michael has extensive experience at Canonical Ltd., where they held various leadership roles from 2008 to 2018, including VP, Strategic Business Development & Sales. Michael has also worked at Wasabi Systems, Inc. as the Vice President, Worldwide Sales and at Insyde Software as the VP Sales & Business Development. Additionally, they have worked at Advanced Micro Devices, Phoenix Technologies, Ltd., and Phoenix Technologies in strategic business development and sales roles.

Michael Kress obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bentley University between 1980 and 1984.
