Greg Palen

Greg Palen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solutions design, currently serving as a Sr. Enterprise Architect at Miratech since November 2021, focusing on contact center solutions and technologies, particularly Genesys Cloud. Prior to this, Greg held various positions at AT&T Mobility from October 1992 to November 2021, including Senior Solutions Architect and Application Sales Executive for Unified Communications. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Client Development at Gazlay Marketing Group from 1992 to 1999. Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield and has completed several Nanodegree programs at Udacity, enhancing skills in full stack and front-end development, as well as iOS development.
