Inna Idris

Inna Idris has extensive experience in the fields of training, development, and education, beginning as an Interpreter and in-company English Teacher at Bayadera Group from December 2015 to August 2016. In January 2024, Inna assumed the role of Head of Learning and Development at Miratech, where collaboration with senior leadership led to the creation of targeted quarterly learning initiatives and a diverse learning approach that included webinars and microlearning. Prior roles at Miratech include Training and Development Manager, where Inna transformed a language teaching team into a comprehensive L&D function and designed an 8-session Cultural Intelligence program, as well as English Teacher, focusing on enhancing IT specialists' interview skills and English communication. Inna holds a Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Methods of Teaching with a specialization in English Language and Literature from Vinnitsa State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi, obtained from 2003 to 2009.
