Julia Vitkovska

Julia Vitkovska (Starikova) is an experienced Project Manager currently leading CX and CCaaS MiraCloud projects at Miratech since January 2019, where a focus on data analysis and strategy adaptation has enhanced contact center operations. Her previous roles include managing project finances and overseeing a team of over 20 projects at Miratech, as well as serving as a Project Coordinator and PMO Assistant, where responsibilities involved resource coordination and project documentation. Prior experience at BMS Service as a Project Manager complements a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Processing and Food Processing Equipment from the National University of Food Technology.
