Kaushik Roy is a Senior Technical Program Manager and Delivery Head with extensive experience in product ownership and technical leadership. They worked at Swedbank from 2019 to 2023 as a Product Owner, and held various positions at IBM, Accenture, and Tata Consultancy Services earlier in their career. Currently, Kaushik serves as a Delivery Manager at AadiSwan Info Consultants and will take on the role of Agile Delivery Head at Miratech in 2025.
