Ramya V is a seasoned professional with a background in information technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior PS Consultant at Miratech since September 2025, Ramya has previously held roles that include Contact Centre Engineer at Daimler Truck North America and Senior Analyst at Capgemini. Ramya's career began as a Genesys Engineer at Cardinal Health Care, where significant experience was gained from January 2016 to January 2020. Ramya holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KL University, complemented by a strong foundational education from Narayana Junior College and Discovery Indian Medium School.
