Dave Lemus is a biopharmaceutical CEO, COO, CFO, and non-executive Board Director with extensive C-level experience in the US and European pharma and biotech sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Director and Treasurer at BioHealth Innovation, Inc. and as COO/CFO at miRecule, Inc., they have previously held significant roles at Medigene AG, MorphoSys, and Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, where they achieved major milestones including launching Germany’s first biotech IPO and closing high-value biotech/pharma transactions. With a proven track record in operational management and financial strategy, they have also been appointed to numerous independent Board director roles across various organizations. Dave holds degrees from the University of Maryland College Park and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
