Anna Lisniak

Anna Lisniak has an extensive work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Anna began as a Product Manager at META.UA in 2006, followed by a stint as a UI/UX Designer for Freelance in the same year. In 2011, they became an Art Director at Alice Inc, where they worked on design strategies for multiple startups and executed design vision into a finalized product. From 2013 to 2014, Anna worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer at MediaSapiens GmbH, followed by a role as Art Director at P2H from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Anna took on the role of Design Delivery Director/Chief Creative Officer at Outline2Design.com, where they performed crisis and operational management of an international design agency. From 2019 to 2020, Anna worked as an Interim Design Director/Design Advisor at Manage Your Design (MYD), followed by a role as Design Director at InputHealth from 2020 to 2021. Anna is currently the Head Of Design at MiResource, where they are responsible for designing new product features, maintaining consistency, updating and scaling of design system, conducting ongoing user testing sessions, creating all essential materials for the product marketing, and hiring and mentoring junior designers. Additionally, Anna has been a UI/UX/Product Design Mentor and Career Coach since 2020.

Anna Lisniak obtained a Coach Diploma from Erickson Coaching International in 2022. Anna then obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School between 2015 and 2016. Anna also obtained two Master's degrees in International Economics and International Information and PR from International Slavonic University, Kharkov between 2001 and 2006. In addition, they obtained two certifications from IE Business School, Pricing Strategy in June 2017 and Brand and Product Management in March 2017.
