James Hou

James Hou serves as President of Mirion Technologies Group North America since May 2023. Previously, James held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Pump, CHVAC, and APAC at Regal Rexnord from January 2020 to 2022. James has extensive experience at Atkore International, where roles included Vice President and General Manager for AFC Cable Systems and SCI, as well as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for AFC Cable Systems from February 2013 to January 2020. At Owens Corning, James was Director of Strategic Marketing for the Building Material Group from 2010 to 2013, focusing on strategic planning and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Danaher from 2005 to 2010, Sr. Category Manager at Olympia Group from 2002 to 2005, Product Marketing at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation for one year, and Sales Engineer at Liteon from 1996 to 2000. James holds an MBA in International Marketing from Thunderbird School of Global Management and completed programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Center for Creative Leadership.
