Jody Markopoulos

Jody Markopoulos is the Founder and Principal of JA Markopoulos Consulting LLC, where advisory services are provided to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms, as well as public and private companies, with a focus on operational improvements and value unlocking. Markopoulos serves as an Independent Director on the Audit and Compensation Committees at White Cap and as a member of the Board of Directors at Mirion Technologies, Inc., actively participating in both the Audit Committee and the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., Operating Advisor at Berkshire Partners, and Chief Transition Officer at Baker Hughes, where efforts concentrated on operational strategy during a significant transition. Significant experience in leadership positions at GE Oil & Gas and GE included roles such as Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and President & CEO of GE Intelligent Platforms, alongside various operational positions spanning nearly two decades within GE. Jody Markopoulos holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
