Rajeev Kumar

Rajeev Kumar is the current CEO and CPO at Mirketa. Prior to this, they served as Director at Blueshield of California from September 2009 to March 2013. In this role, they led business case development efforts and conducted current state assessments of processes, people, systems, and culture. Rajeev also defined a to-be vision to transition the eBusiness team to Agile. From November 2005 to September 2009, Rajeev Kumar served as Vice President of Operational Excellence at Wells Fargo. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of Agile coaches to transform the eBusiness team from waterfall to Agile. Prior to that, Rajeev Kumar served as Sr. Project Manager at Washington Mutual Credit Card Services from October 2004 to November 2005 and as Sr. Business Analyst at Charles Schwab from October 2003 to November 2004.

Rajeev Kumar completed their MBA in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Rajeev also holds a B-Tech in Electrical Engg from the Indian Institue of Technology. In addition, Rajeev has also obtained a certification from Salesforce Training Center.com in Certified Salesforce Admin.
