Colin Bause is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Customer Success at Miro since September 2022, where leadership spans four teams focused on delivering ROI and fostering innovative customer relationships in the AMER region. Prior to Miro, Colin held the position of Director of Customer Success at Confluent, managing teams supporting large strategic customers, and built a hybrid customer success team at Tableau Software while also holding leadership roles in sales and account management. Early in Colin's career, experience included roles at CompassLearning, Dell, Wells Fargo, and Blockbuster, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales, customer retention, and operational management. Colin holds a degree from Northern Arizona University.
