Dan Pino is an experienced professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Miro since May 2023. Prior to this, Dan spent over four years at Slack, where achievements included founding a new Customer Success team and managing a significant book of business, while also developing tools that enhanced customer engagement and operational efficiency. Dan’s career began at Electronic Arts, where impactful contributions were made in product management and change management, followed by various leadership roles at HP focused on IT project and portfolio management. Dan holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
