David Gardiner

David Gardiner is an experienced professional in people analytics and workforce management, currently serving as a consultant at Miro since September 2024, and as the People & Reward Analytics Leader at An Torr Consulting Ltd since April 2019. Previously, David held several key roles, including Skills Based Workforce Management Change Execution Lead at Deutsche Bank, where responsibilities included enhancing workforce and career management processes. Other notable positions include Interim Head of People Operational Excellence at N26, and Head of Workforce Analytics at RBS, where leadership in workforce analytics service delivery and HR information management was pivotal. David's extensive background also features a tenure as Head of Reward Management Information at Deutsche Bank, and earlier roles with Arthur Andersen & Co. and the British Army. David earned an LLB in Law from The University of Edinburgh and completed advanced management courses at Alliance Manchester Business School and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
