David Kavanagh, CISSP, is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Information Security Engineer at Miro since April 2021, David leads engineering initiatives in identity and access management, mobile device management, secure access service edge, security information and event management, and zero trust network access, having notably implemented a zero-touch onboarding workflow. Prior roles include managing IT operations for large teams at SurveyMonkey and leading IT efforts for European offices, along with significant contributions to security engineering at Quanta Capital. David's career began as an Information Technology Administrator at Eurotrek Group Ireland, followed by an Automation Engineer role at NBC-Services. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin and has earned certificates in Laser Physics and Robotics from Fachhochschule Schmalkalden.
