Falon Dominguez

Falon Dominguez currently serves as the Head of Org Success & People Partners (AMPED) and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Miro, leading strategic initiatives including the design and implementation of the annual planning process and establishing the Extended Leadership Team for senior executives. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Business Operations at The Wharton School and participating in internships at Facebook and Google, where contributions spanned operational analysis, program management, and grant operations. Falon holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a bachelor's degree from American University, along with international academic experience at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
