Hannah Duncan is a seasoned professional in renewals management with significant experience in leading customer engagement initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of Renewals at Miro since April 2024, Duncan previously held various roles at Braze from August 2020 to April 2024, including Manager of Renewals and Team Lead for EMEA & APAC. Prior to that, Duncan worked as an Account Executive at Trainline from July 2018 to April 2020 and as a Client Executive - Account Manager at Basis Technologies from July 2016 to July 2018.
