Jai M. is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in leading user research initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Miro since March 2022, Jai focuses on AI UX research to support product strategy and interface design. Previously, Jai was a User Research Lead at McKinsey & Company, managing a UX research team for internal digital transformation projects. Additional roles include Strategic Designer at Mercedes-Benz AG, Design Researcher at Jai McKenzie, and founding Perennial Institute. Jai has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Sydney, while holding a PhD from the University of Sydney.
