Phil Gustin

Phil Gustin is an experienced sales operations professional with a strong background in strategic planning and execution. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at Miro since June 2024, Phil previously held the role of Director of GTM Programs at Lacework and worked at WalkMe™ as the Director of Sales Finance & Operations. With extensive experience at ServiceNow, Phil progressed through various roles, including Director of Sales Operations and Sr. Manager of Partner Sales Operations. Phil began a career in business operations at BIOVIA, where responsibilities included order and license management and sales metric analysis. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern University and has additional educational experience from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
