Sofie Pompa

Sofie Pompa currently serves as the Enterprise Partnerships Lead at Miro, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sofie was the Vice President of Product Management at Steadily, where the first product hire established the product vision and objective-based roadmap. At Khoros, from June 2013 to May 2022, Sofie held multiple positions culminating as Senior Director of Product Management, managing a team of 90 engineers and 10 product managers while implementing the full Annual Operating Plan cycle. Previous experiences include roles at Innography, Daylight Partners, American Express, Clinton Foundation, S3 Ventures, Rêv Worldwide, and Frontier Strategy Group. Sofie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
