Leda Katopodi

Leda Katopodi is a PhD student at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) in the Epitranscriptomics and RNA Dynamics Lab since October 2023. As a Bioinformatics Consultant at Miroculus since April 2021 and an Affiliate Member at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard from March 2022 to August 2023, Leda has accumulated significant experience in bioinformatics. Prior roles include a Bioinformatics Research Student at Harvard Medical School from April 2019 to August 2023 and various positions within the iGEM Athens initiative and Chemecon, showcasing strong leadership and teamwork skills. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Sciences and Information Technologies - Bioinformatics from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
