Ryan Starr

Ryan Starr has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Ryan started their career as a Bar Manager at Victoria Cross Bar and later became a General Manager at Anon, Urbium. In this role, they oversaw a team of managers and staff and was responsible for all aspects of the business. Ryan then moved on to Urbium, where they took on the role of Training Officer and later Operations Manager for the Tiger Tiger brand. Ryan was responsible for implementing operational systems and managing the brand's P&Ls. After that, Ryan joined Novus Leisure (formerly Urbium) as a Training and Development Manager, where they managed training programs for 39 bars, clubs, and restaurants across the UK. Ryan then transitioned to Gibbons Hospitality Group as Vice President of Operations, providing consultancy for three leisure businesses. Currently, Ryan is the Operations and Commercial Director at Miroma, overseeing the operations and legal compliance of five venues in London, as well as providing consultancy services to bars, restaurants, and clubs.

Ryan Starr obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from Macquarie University in 2001. Ryan later pursued an MBA with a focus on General studies at Huron University from 2006 to 2008.
