Steven Fields

Steven Fields is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and maintenance operations. Since February 2008, Steven has served as Senior Project Manager and Industrial Project Manager at Miron Construction Co., Inc., where responsibilities include conducting sales calls, project estimates, proposal submissions, and client follow-ups. Prior to this, Steven worked as Maintenance Superintendent at Mensha Utilities from 2004 to 2008, overseeing all maintenance aspects for facility and plant operations, including boiler operations and electrical distribution. Steven also held the role of Maintenance Manager at Minergy from 1997 to 2005, managing similar maintenance responsibilities and heavy equipment procurement. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Journeyman Millwright/Mechanic degree from Fox Valley Technical College.
