Navarrow Wright has extensive work experience in technology and digital strategy. Navarrow has held several leadership roles in technology companies, including as the Senior Director of Product Marketing at Meta, where they led product marketing for Facebook's public content creator strategy. Navarrow also served as the CTO at MNG Health, where they turned around a stagnant technology operation and product strategy. Navarrow was also the CTO at Reelio/Fullscreen, where they led the development of an influencer marketing platform.

Before their roles in these companies, Navarrow was the CEO and Founder of Maximum Leverage Solutions, where they worked with public figures and small businesses on digital and mobile strategies. Navarrow was also the CTO at Interactive One, where they led technology operations and led the company's digital product and service models.

Navarrow started their career as the Co-Founder, President, and CEO of Global Grind.com, a social media platform catering to the global hip-hop community. Navarrow successfully launched the network and secured funding before the platform was acquired by Radio One.

Earlier in their career, Navarrow held the role of SVP Technology at Digitas Health, where they designed and led a new technology development strategy to align with the company's growth plans.
