Scott Thomas Ware has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Scott Thomas is the Founder, Inventor, and CEO of MirrorCache®, a company that develops AI and ML software and hardware solutions for hotels, homes, and commercial use. Scott Thomas also serves as a Board Member for Bellevue United FC, a soccer club focused on building skills and character in children. In addition, Scott has worked as a Program Advisor at both DigiPen Institute of Technology and Lake Washington Institute of Technology. Scott Thomas has also held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Synapse Product Development, Amazon, and Microsoft. Furthermore, they have served as a Senior Leadership Sourcer at Amazon.
