Adam Risby is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and support management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Mirus IT Solutions since January 2016, Adam previously held the position of IT Service Desk Manager. Prior roles include Evening/Weekend Helpdesk Coordinator at Open University Business School, Senior IT Support Analyst and IT Support Analyst at Welcome Break, and various support roles at Parcelforce Worldwide, Intamac Systems, and Apollo Digital Developments. Adam’s early career also includes teaching Business English, demonstrating a diverse skill set in both technical support and education. Adam holds a 2:1 degree in Computing from the University of Northampton and has a solid foundation in IT systems administration and customer service.
